Orders Shipping
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order. After that, shipping takes 5-8 business days via our free economy shipping. So, from the day you order, you can expect your box in 6-11 business days total.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to every address in the United States.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?
A: You can only change your address if your order is still in the "processing" stage (within 1-3 days of ordering). Please email us immediately at info@linavy.com with your order number and the correct address. We cannot change the address once the box has been shipped.
Q: How will I know when my order ships?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to track your package's journey.

Q: What is a hobby box?
A: A Linavy Box is a monthly subscription box filled with a curated collection of items centered around a unique and exciting theme. It's designed to introduce you to new hobbies, help you explore new interests, and deliver a fun surprise to your doorstep.
Q: Can I see what's inside the box before I get it?
A: Part of the fun is the surprise! We do not reveal the full contents of the box before it ships. However, we often give hints and teasers about the theme on our social media channels.
Q: Are the items in the box full-size or sample-size?
A: We focus on providing a mix of full-size and substantial items to ensure you get great value and a meaningful experience. We avoid filler items and tiny samples.
Subscription Billing
Q: How does the monthly subscription work?
A: When you sign up, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription. Your first box ships immediately after you sign up. You will then be billed on the same date each month for the following box, and it will ship out shortly after.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website Important, To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Q: Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
A: We currently do not offer a skip or pause feature for our monthly subscriptions. The best way to stop shipments is to cancel your subscription. You can always re-subscribe at any time.
Q: What if I need to update my payment method?
A: You can update your payment information at any time by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the payment or subscription settings.
Returns, Exchanges Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the curated and surprise nature of our boxes, we have a specific return policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for boxes that have been opened.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or is defective?
A: We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box at info@linavy.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will happily send a replacement for that item (if available) or issue a partial/full refund.
Q: I canceled my subscription. Can I get a refund for my last box?
A: If you cancel after a box has already been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for that box, as the service has been fulfilled. Cancellation applies to all future boxes.
